Junior Billing Specialist

Job Summary The Junior Billing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Billing Managers and Billing Specialist needs relating to RetailNext's billing process. They will assist to ensure Invoicing and invoicing related tasks are completed in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Assist with billing as needed Resolve all billing issues and communicate issues with the Billing Manager Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed Provide Billing manager with status updates on progress and Issues Refund RMA's Daily to ensure all items have been credited. RMA's bill back Process Account & Store Terminations daily to ensure all opps have been processed Upload all invoices into customer portals daily. Attach Backup files to Gaviti invoices. Skills: Ability to work through the billing process with assistance from the Billing Manager Ability to understand the billing process at RetailNext Knowledge: • Good understanding of the billing process at RetailNext and all related systems • Understanding of the billing calendar and timeline Talents: • Ability to recognize billing issues that may arise and notify the Billing Manager.
