As an Adoption Change Management consultant, you will contribute to change management activities across various AI and Modern Work projects, leveraging your skills to enhance the digital employee experience.ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end adoption change management delivery with clients, applying a structured methodology to deliver strategic deliverablesPlan, design, develop, and deliver project communications campaigns end-to-endDevelop technology-focused training plans, create multi-channel training materials, and lead training delivery or workshops for varied stakeholder audiencesContribute to business development and marketing activitiesSupport with project management and delivery, managing timelines and work plansSupport internal change management practice improvements, such as deliverable templates, internal team upskilling, and asset repository creationSkillsBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldInternship experience in change management, technology, marketing, communications, and/or trainingFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or generative AI toolsFluency in core Microsoft 365 working applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and an understanding of Microsoft's modern work environment (SharePoint Online, Copilot, Viva, Power Platform, etc.)Understanding of Adoption Change Management principles, methodologies, and toolsExperience managing stakeholder relationships and cross-functional projectsDelivery-focused with high speed and qualityAbility to develop and deliver clear written, verbal, and visual communicationsAbility to be autonomous and manage your own time across concurrent projectsCompany OverviewAt Valorem Reply, we believe the best outcomes happen when strategy and execution live in the same seat.
