Jr. Procurement Specialist

Jr. Procurement Specialist Fairwinds Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented Jr Procurement Specialist to support the procurement team and maintain procurement records for the organization. This role ensures that procurement processes are followed efficiently and accurately, maintaining records, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in contract and invoice management. This position will be REMOTE, Travel is None Salary Range: $50,000 Responsibilities: • Support vendor onboarding and maintain supplier databases. • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. • Provide general administrative support to the procurement team. • Maintain/administer resale certificate database. • Prepare and process simple purchase orders and requisitions. • Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements. • Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing discrepancies. • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. • Maintain accurate and complete procurement documentation for audits and contract reviews. • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Self Starter with the ability to work independently Microsoft Office 365 Skills Compensation- Salary At Fairwinds, we consider many factors when it comes to compensation, including the scope of the position as well as your background and experience. Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location and experience.
