Key Responsibilities * Acts as a key partner for the Divisional, Regional and Market Directors
• Performs analysis to identify opportunities and trends to provide recommended strategy to address within the Division
• Facilitates market/advisors/front office train-the trainer sessions via in market meetings, virtual communication tools or other means to education on technology, and process changes
• Acts as a Change Management Leader supporting front office, operations, and technology through continuous delivery of transformational technology.
• Partners across functions, including finance, marketing, product, legal, compliance, controls and communications to identify downstream impacts to successfully deliver a best-in-class advisor experience for project work streams.
