We are seeking a Virtual Email and Chat Support Advisor to join our dynamic Customer Support team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through email and chat channels. If you are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers to ensure a positive experience
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email/chat platforms
