Work directly with authors, guiding submissions from initial draft to final publication. Coordinate with reviewers, facilitate constructive feedback, and help shape the editorial policy for a publication known for its quality and integrity. Stay connected to new research trends to keep our content current and impactful. Maintain strict standards for accuracy, integrity, and accessibility in every article published. Who You Are Experienced in editing, journalism, or academic publishing, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for noticing what others might overlook. Skilled at providing thoughtful, constructive feedback to help authors succeed. Organized and capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines effortlessly. Meticulous about grammar, citations, and consistency—no typo or reference error escapes your attention. Proficient in digital editorial systems and remote work technology. Excellent communicator who writes clearly and values accuracy deeply. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
