What to expect on a day to day basis:Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in Ireland.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.Identify new business opportunities, maximize sales potential and drive sales growth within the Irish market.Analyze market trends, sales data and performance metrics to identify. opportunities and adjust strategies for optimal results.Track sales activities, analyze performance data and provide regular reports and insights to Senior Management.Forecasting new and existing business.Close working with Merchandising & Wholesale Operations.Commercial Showroom feed in.Currently Joules have not launched wholesale into Southern Ireland and this role will focus on best route to market.About You:To really shine within the role of Ireland Sales Manager you must be able to work flexibly and at pace with a passion for the Fashion industry. From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you are:Dynamic with a strong team ethic.A passionate Brand Ambassador with strong commercial awareness.You must be a team player and enjoy working cross collaboratively.Resourceful and adaptable and able to work proactively.Knowledge of the Google Suite would be desirable. Self-motivation and the ability to manage priorities.Good planning, organisation and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication, especially when communicating with our stakeholders.You will need a strong product development background with strong sourcing knowledge.Experience in a similar role managing Branded products and nurturing relationships would be desirable. Where will you be working?This is a full time, fully remote role. The ideal candidate will be based in Ireland.
