Essential Responsibilities: Assist in coordination of the development and promotion of the Volleyball program. Assess the athlete's skills and give appropriate feedback. Work with the Principal and Other Authority Figures to organize and schedule practice sessions and game times Teach life skills and develop character with regards to the game of Volleyball. Effectively communicate with the Athletic Director, parents, athletes, and administrators. Administrative tasks include ensuring all eligibility documents are completed and submitted. Hold parent/guardians meetings and meetings with all athletes. Must follow established procedures in the event of an athlete's injury. Minimum Qualifications: 1 year verifiable age equivalent Volleyball coaching experience is preferred. A proven track record with age appropriate skill and program development is preferred.
