 Guide drivers through the application process for client and carrier positions, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
 Organize and manage orientation logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements, while addressing any unforeseen challenges.
 Perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide additional support to the team as needed.
Required Skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
 Customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
 Familiarity with recruiting or logistics may enhance performance in this role.
