Working Solutions seeks caring and friendly independent contractors to support a client focused on bringing in-home concierge level medical care and social support to Medicare patients. Working Solutions' contractors will place outbound calls to eligible individuals with the goal of acquiring new patients for the client. Contractors will use their knowledge of Medicare and... insurance coverage to explain the value of the client's offerings and answer questions to encourage patients to book in-home medical appointments to initiate coverage. Each customer lead should be handled with care and empathy, and contractors should expect extended call times in order to explain services and benefits and to finalize medical appointments.

Earnings Potential:
? Earn up to $14-$14.50 per hour
Schedule:
? Flexible schedule opportunities - you create your own schedule!
? Schedule available hours Monday-Friday, 7 am to 10 pm CT, and Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm CT.
? Weekday and weekend options
Skills Needed:
? Comfort in consultative sales, outbound calling, and empathetic customer care
? Ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service to senior callers and customers
? Experience or familiarity with Medicare Advantage and similar insurance coverage
? Excellent verbal and written communication
? Self-motivated and resourceful
Work Environment Requirements:
? Quiet, uninterrupted space
? Organized desk area
Technology Requirements:
? Personal computer (no tablet)
? Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
? Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
? Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
? Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
? Wired USB headset with microphone
? Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via
Apple's Boot Camp utility.
