They are seeking an energetic Business Development Representative to build a strong pipeline of leads and support the National Sales Team in generating opportunities and meetings with clients.ResponsibilitiesBuilding and qualifying a strong pipeline of leads and setting meetings for the National Account ExecutiveResearching target brands, initiating conversations, and uncovering potential fits across Intersection’s out-of-home and digital media platformsLearning Intersection’s national product suite, key markets, and media capabilitiesGetting up to speed on the sales process, CRM tools, and messaging frameworkBeginning prospecting outreach to target accounts and assisting in presentation preparationShadowing National Account Executives to understand how Intersection is positioned to major brands and agenciesIdentifying and researching key brands and agencies in priority verticals to generate qualified leads for the national teamExecuting high-volume outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce Intersection’s value propositionQualifying opportunities and scheduling discovery meetings for National Account ExecutivesPartnering with Marketing and Research teams to craft outreach materials and category insightsTracking and managing the pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring clean hand-offs to the sales teamContributing feedback on messaging, campaign performance, and market trends to improve the go-to-market approachSkillsHave a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceBring 1–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or media/agency roles (preferably in advertising, media, or SaaS)Are curious, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environmentHave excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're confident reaching out to new people every dayAre detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing multiple prioritiesAre comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement toolsBring positive energy, persistence, and a collaborative spirit — you enjoy being part of a team that wins togetherCompany OverviewIntersection is an experience-driven Out of Home media and technology company that delivers programming, consumer amenities, and advertising to cities.
