We have an immediate opening for a dedicated Senior Commerce Deal Writer, Nights And Weekends! We have an opening at our office in Remote. Â Â The Krazy Coupon Lady (KCL) is a female-founder-owned publisher on a mission to be a shopping non-negotiable, unapologetically helping our readers maximize their money, and seize the deal. Our team of shopping experts curates and hand-tests nearly a thousand deals per week, so there is always something new to discover each time you visit our website, app, and your inbox.
You may have noticed that our headquarters are in Boise, ID, but our workforce is fully remote in the following states: Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin. All team-wide meetings are scheduled to be inclusive of U.S. time zones.
With the growth KCL is experiencing, we are seeking a talented Senior Commerce Writer to join our team and contribute to our thriving content ecosystem.
As a Senior Commerce Content Writer, you will be responsible for crafting and editing deal content during the evening shift (2pm  10pm MT), ensuring our audience receives timely and engaging updates on the latest deals and trends.
This is a full-time remote position (5 days a week), including one weekend day, 2pm  10pm MT.
In this role you will:
 Research deals, products, and trends to provide high-quality recommendations to our readers.
 Analyze performance and iterate constantly to optimize post-execution.
 Connect, support, and learn from the team remotely via Slack and Zoom meetings.
 Stay current with and monitor social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) for commerce opportunities.
About you:
 Education: BA or BS
 Previous Experience: 2+ years of writing experience in a high-volume environment, with a background in commerce, creating content for an online publication.
 Proven experience in writing, editing, and self-publishing clean, clear, concise content.
 Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
 Exceptional writing and editing skills, and attention to detail.
 Quick response to hot deals updates and effective prioritization of urgent vs. non-urgent content.
 Understanding of SEO and analytics.

Homework Assignment: Please write either one grocery or one retail post:
 Head to the grocery store of your choice and find a grocery deal that has not already been posted on The Krazy Coupon Lady. YouÂll want to find sale prices plus coupons and/or rebate apps that stack together. The goal is to save at least 50%.
OR
 Head to a Retail store you like shopping at, or are familiar with, and write a post featuring a deal you found.
Instructions
1. Before you leave for the stores, check out The Krazy Coupon Lady . Be aware of the deals weÂve already postedÂwe want to see something new from this assignment.
2. For the Grocery assignment, check our Coupon Database to find coupons and rebate offers that you can stack with the sale prices that you find at the store.
3. Take a couple of pictures of each product (include the sale price, if possible).
4. Once you get home, build your post using KCLÂs formatting as much as possible.
5. For the post, write a short Âbeginner friendly intro, add a title, featured image, and calculate the final price.
