As a Remote Staffing Scheduling Coordinator - Nights, Weekends, Holidays (F/T) performing remote on-call scheduling work, you ensure our organization reaches optimal service for our Client's needs, filling open shifts, responding to emergencies outside of regular office hours, adjusting anticipated schedules, and more. This role reports to our Operations Manager.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES - In this role, your duties will include the following:
ā¢ Cheerfully welcome and greet customers by phone and in-person - building a strong, loyal team
ā¢ Foster strong relationships with both Clients and Caregivers
ā¢ Optimize a schedule that matches and carefully pairs each Client with a compatible Caregiver, based upon their individual needs and preferences
ā¢ Creatively staff call-outs
ā¢ Optimize and fill ALL open shifts daily to ensure zero open hours every week
ā¢ Assist Caregivers with all inquiries on schedule changes, missed clock in/outs, care management platform assistance, and other schedule questions
ā¢ Manage and oversee time-off requests, sick time, and shift adjustments
ā¢ Make sure Caregivers are prepared for shifts with new Clients (communicate Client Service Plan needs and personal preferences)
ā¢ Work Weekends and Holidays for Additional Stipend
