Our goal is to make a difference in the lives of millions of people around the world, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve this vision. **Job Summary** As an IAM Developer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to develop scalable and nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. If you're passionate about security, innovation, and collaboration, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our IAM system * Collaborate with international-class software and platform teams to develop scalable and nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business * Implement SailPoint solutions, including installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * Design and implement robust IAM domain best practices, including SailPoint implementation experience and strong knowledge of IAM domain exceptional practices * Implement JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Develop strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning regulations to customize the software onboarding * Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues in a timely and efficient manner **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field * 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company * Strong experience with SailPoint implementation, IAM domain best practices, and installation management * Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field * 5+ years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company * Strong experience with WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning regulations * Certification in SailPoint, IAM, or related field * Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and federation * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies * Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning regulations * Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
