Key Responsibilities
 Deliver exceptional consumer support by managing incoming webchat and phone inquiries, adhering to established guidelines.
 Provide timely educational resources and answers to consumer questions, utilizing approved FAQs.
 Identify and escalate priority issues to your manager or designated Nurse Navigator for resolution.
 Maintain a high standard of professional communication and etiquette during all interactions.
 Document all relevant information accurately within our systems.
 Complete all required training and comply with protocols to ensure safety and quality of service.
Required Skills
 Valid LPN licensure.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening capabilities.
 Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 Exceptional follow-up skills and meticulous attention to detail.
 Proficiency in typing at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute.
 Familiarity with the Google Drive platform is advantageous.
 Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
 A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer support role, preferably within the life sciences, healthcare, or patient support fields.
 Availability to work evenings until 8:00 PM EST.
