Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional consumer support by managing incoming webchat and phone inquiries, adhering to established guidelines.
• Provide timely educational resources and answers to consumer questions, utilizing approved FAQs.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to your manager or designated Nurse Navigator for resolution.
• Maintain a high standard of professional communication and etiquette during all interactions.
• Document all relevant information accurately within our systems.
• Complete all required training and comply with protocols to ensure safety and quality of service.

Required Skills
• Valid LPN licensure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional follow-up skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in typing at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute.
• Familiarity with the Google Drive platform is advantageous.
• Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer support role, preferably within the life sciences, healthcare, or patient support fields.
• Availability to work evenings until 8:00 PM EST.

Compensation And Benefits
• Hourly Rate: (18 - )20 USD per hour, aligned with national averages for the role.
