Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective assistance to employees regarding any inquiries or concerns related to their benefits.
• Ensure employees are well-informed about the full range of available benefits and wellness initiatives.
• Support the organization of company wellness programs, events, and recognition activities for employees.
• Maintain current knowledge of benefits offerings, vendor partnerships, and enrollment protocols.
• Participate in and complete benefit industry surveys to enhance our offerings.

Qualifications
