 Diligently document all patient interactions in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Required Skills
 Strong verbal communication capabilities.
 Excellent problem-solving skills to manage various patient needs.
 Ability to maintain high call quality and handle call volume effectively.
 Bilingual proficiency, with fluency in Spanish being essential.
 Technical aptitude, including access to a personal laptop, wired headset, and a stable wired internet connection for seamless onboarding.
Qualifications
 A minimum of 6 months experience in a contact center environment; healthcare experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
 High school diploma or GED is required.
