We invite you to apply for the position of Events and Donor Relations Analyst within our esteemed organization. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting both the Events & Meeting Services and Donor Relations teams, which are vital in honoring and acknowledging our generous donors and orchestrating exceptional events that reflect our profound gratitude for their contributions.
Key Responsibilities
 Deliver strategic, data-driven assistance to the Events & Donor Relations teams.
 Propel continuous enhancements in data collection, analysis, and reporting, while leading training sessions and exploring innovative solutions.
 Serve as a functional support consultant for event planning, acting as a liaison between donors, vendors, and various stakeholders.
 Aid in the coordination of events, developing effective strategies, and ensuring successful execution.
 Occasionally provide support for events during evenings or weekends, with adequate advance notice.
Required Skills
 Strong organizational and interpersonal capabilities.
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
 Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight.
 Flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
 High level of attention to detail and precision in data-related tasks.
 Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.
 Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
 Competency in technology and software such as Windows, Word, Excel, etc.
Qualifications
 A Bachelor's degree in Events, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field is required.
 A minimum of three years of experience in data management, event planning, or a related discipline.
 Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and reporting software is preferred (experience with Workfront is advantageous).
 A combination of education and experience may be considered as a valid qualification.
