What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review electronic submissions of customer documents for REAL ID driver's licenses or identification cards
- Provide written communication to customers as needed regarding their submissions
- Review customers' test sessions during the online testing process
- Index digitized documents and prepare documents for scanning by sorting various departmental documents
- Ensure compliance with document handling procedures, including the removal of staples and paper clips
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications
- Valid typing certificate confirming ability to meet the minimum typing speed prior to hire
- Background Investigation clearance required before hire
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Must submit a completed State Examination/Employment Application (STD. 678) with all required information

- Good attendance and reliability
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in operating a personal computer
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
