What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
 Collect and input patient data into the e-Intake system
 Verify product and service details according to regulations and guidelines
 Provide basic technical assistance and education regarding CPAP equipment
 Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High school diploma or GED equivalent
 1 to 3 years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
 Strong background in customer service
 Basic computer and internet skills, along with passing a typing test
 Valid driverÂs license with a clean driving record (when applicable)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
 Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
 Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
 Proficient in medical terminology
