Hello Fall Remote Telephone Interviewers
Fall Schedule will run ONLY from October 1st, 2024 to November 30th, 2024. All applicants will be invited to continue on after the Fall Schedule as long as you have the availability to comply with our Year Round Schedule.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Telephone Interviewer to join our team. As a Telephone Interviewer, you will play a crucial role in conducting market research and data collection through phone interviews.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone interviews for market research purposes
- Collect and record data accurately and efficiently
- Follow interview scripts and guidelines provided
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism
- Ensure data entry is precise and timely
Seeking Applicants with:
- Above average English reading skills
- Good working knowledge of basic computer programs, software and internet navigation.
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous and additional $2 hourly rate offered. (Necesita Hablar, Leer y Escribir Ingles avanzado y con fluidez y velocidad, al igual que Español para puestos Bilingues $2 adicionales por hora).
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to conduct qualitative research interviewing
- Proficiency in data entry

 Equipment must be approved by our IT Department after submitted.
 NO Chromebooks/Chromium OS not compatible.
This is an ON-CALL Fall Schedule position. We offer Flexible On-Call Work Plans to suit all types of schedules! Salary is hourly and based on State of legal residence and languages spoken.
 We require a minimum of 15 hours of availability per week (15 - 30 hrs/week)
 Must have on call availability one weekend day PER WEEK (Friday,Saturday or Sunday).
 Hours of position:
 Monday to Friday: 5 pm  10pm EST / 4pm - 9pm CST
 Weekends:
 Sat 11am - 7pm EST / 10am - 6pm CST
 Sun 1pm-9pm EST/12pm-8pm CST
 12 am EST / 11 pm CST availability is preferred!
