Collaborate with team members on data-related projects and initiatives.
Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines consistently.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive data at all times.
Provide regular updates on data entry progress, highlighting any issues or improvements.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices for data entry.
Respond to data-related inquiries from team members and provide necessary support.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and consistency.
Proficient in data entry software and tools.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required.
Must have reliable internet access and functional computer equipment.
