Our Customer Experience Specialist will support organizational team players and agents timely and professionally. The successful candidate will interact directly with the sales team, internal and external customers, and IT. The Customer Experience Specialist must be able to manage multiple projects at a time and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel, which may include:
• In-house Agents and High-Profile agents
• Senior management
• Monitor internal support queues reviewing, processing, and assigning inquiries.
• Work closely with Regionals Managers and Sales Representatives to meet account performance objectives; meet clients’ expectations, provide & maintain client satisfaction, and ensure problem resolution.
• Develop a strong knowledge of proprietary systems, agency operations and title software.
• Assist Onboarding Manager with new agent onboarding.
• Support internal agent audit team.
• Answer incoming calls to provide support or direct to appropriate department.
• Report preparation.

Minimum Qualifications:
• HS Diploma Required.
• Experience in Title Insurance, Customer Support, Title Software a plus.
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to identify, prioritize and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Advanced knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Products, Title Software’s and Jira preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Possess effective communication skills.
