As a Business Intelligence Engineer I at our Plantation, FL facility, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, and other tools that drive key decisions and process improvements within the organization. This position is integral to the Supply Chain Inventory Optimization team, where you will work closely with team members to contribute to the mission of reducing costs while enhancing the Customer Experience. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze demand and resource requirements against available resources, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to address resource constraints. In this role, you will interface with various technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and other technological platforms. You will be expected to recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, ensuring data integrity, effective test design, thorough analysis, validation, and comprehensive documentation. Responding to high-priority requests from senior business leaders will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will the continual improvement of ongoing reporting and analysis processes. This includes automating or simplifying self-service support for secondary data sets, thereby enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in data handling. Telecommuting is permitted, allowing for flexibility in your work environment while you contribute to the team's objectives and the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
,
• 1 year of professional data analysis/business intelligence experience.
,
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to develop metrics and reporting capabilities.
,
• Experience dealing with results, metrics, and data with a desire to create new processes.
,
• Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Python, Knime, Git, and Github.
,
• Experience building large scale data visualization tools.
,
• Knowledge of data warehousing and database management systems.
,
• Understanding of statistics and probability theory.
,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
