As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoices, handling payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in bookkeeping for US-based companies.
Responsibilities
? Manage bookkeeping for 15-20 clients monthly.
? Handle 50-200 transactions per month across 2-3 accounts per client.
? Reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
? Assist with tax preparation and provide monthly financial reports to clients.
? Work approximately 20-25 hours per month.
Qualifications
? Proficient in QuickBooks, TaxDome, and TaxSlayer.
? Experience with HubSpot and ClickUp for management and communication.
? Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred.
? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
