Backed by experienced founders and tackling real-world inefficiencies in clinical workflows, we're building agentic AI systems that automate doctors' administrative tasks, reduce misdiagnosis, and enhance patient outcomes at scale.What You'll DoAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer and early technical leader, you'll work directly with the founding team to shape core infrastructure, implement AI-driven solutions, and lay the foundation for a product used by clinicians across the U.S.Build end-to-end systems from scratch and improve existing platforms.Architect scalable agentic AI systems deployed in real-world healthcare environments.Lead by example with clean, testable code and mentor future hires.Own development of APIs, documentation, and backend architecture.Drive implementation of security and data protection protocols.Collaborate with product and AI teams to integrate cutting-edge LLMs in production.What We're Looking ForProven experience building and scaling agentic AI systems (hands-on, not theoretical).Experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning and deploying in production-grade environments.Deep knowledge of at least one agentic framework (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) and exposure to others.Experience at fast-moving startups and working across global teams.Strong communication and leadership instincts - you've led projects or small teams.Expertise in React and Python is a must.Bonus: Background in healthcare, ML, or data privacy/security.Tech Stack SnapshotFrontend: ReactJSBackend: Node.js / Express.jsDatabases: SQL and NoSQLCloud/DevOps: GCP / AWS / Azure, CI/CD pipelinesAI: GenAI, LLMOps, LLM evaluation toolsWhy This Role?Massive TAM in an underserved market (healthcare + AI)Direct line to technical and product foundersGreenfield systems with real-world impactHighly flexible comp: $150K-$250K base + meaningful equity
