Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in the Monroe, GA area.
Qualifications – Candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Hold a valid Georgia LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required by the school district
• Prior experience in a school, pediatric, or community-based setting is preferred
Typical Responsibilities Include:
• Providing direct care to students with medical needs
• Administering medications as prescribed
• Monitoring and reporting student health status
• Supporting students with chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma)
• Assisting with IEP/504-related healthcare requirements
• Acting as a liaison between families, school staff, and medical professionals
