Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with special requests.
Baggage Handling: Oversee the accurate and timely handling of baggage, including loading and unloading from aircraft.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to flight activities and cargo handling.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize disruptions and delays.
Communication: Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including flight crews, ground staff, and management, to ensure a coordinated and efficient operation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in aviation or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
