About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Account Executive to join our Kinective Media team. As a strategic partner to top brands, you will leverage your digital media expertise and consultative selling approach to develop and execute best-in-class omnichannel marketing campaigns. You will work closely with agencies, brands, and buy-side platforms to drive adoption of our advertising solutions and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and build foundational relationships with key agency and client contacts
Collaborate with senior management to retain and expand client relationships, aiming for high client satisfaction
Maintain a working knowledge of the ad industry and programmatic landscape to support clients with basic omnichannel media planning, measurement, and data strategy needs
Present Kinective Media's value proposition effectively to clients, generating leads and building client enthusiasm
Participate in account growth planning, supporting product adoption and incremental revenue opportunities
Qualifications:
We're looking for a talented and driven individual with:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of outside digital media/ad tech sales experience and client-facing partner management
Experience building new customer relationships, closing sales, and generating revenue
Consultative selling skills and a creative approach to storytelling with data
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and interface with clients and internal teams
