We are seeking an ambitious, creative, and organized individual to manage the day-to-day activities of our bustling town centre. If you have a passion for events, marketing, and community development, excellent organizational skills, and a talent for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our economic development and regeneration team, communications and marketing team, and other stakeholders to promote the town centre, deliver large-scale community events, and drive economic success and community cohesion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide operational town centre management activities, collaborating with partners such as The Lexicon, highways, police, public health, and property owners.
Design and deliver events and activities to promote Bracknell town centre, foster economic growth, and build community spirit.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns in conjunction with The Lexicon management team to drive footfall and engagement.
Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the town centre's appeal, addressing visitor and stakeholder concerns.
Manage budgets, secure sponsorship and grant funding, and ensure effective resource allocation for town centre activities and events.
