Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Associate will leverage technology, community outreach, and marketing efforts to build our organized recruitment efforts. You will support hiring managers in defining and advertising open positions, sourcing a diverse candidate pool, and screening potential new hires. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including eligibility to participate in the State Employee Group Insurance Program and a retirement program with employer contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support recruitment and hiring needs
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to build a diverse talent pool
Administer the recruitment screening and selection process
Provide training and coaching on effective interviewing and selection processes
Participate in professional organizations and professional development opportunities
Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with the People and Culture team to achieve department goals and objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a human resources department or equivalent, supporting or performing recruitment efforts
Demonstrated ability with recruitment platforms
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a non-profit or public sector human resources environment
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential
ADP experience

Competitive salary: $51,854.40 annual minimum
