We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team, providing top-notch support to our users through live chat tools and adhering to our standard operating procedures. As a Service Desk Specialist and Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:
Delivering Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application
Troubleshooting, reproducing, reporting, and resolving issues on both iOS and Android operating systems
Installing software on supported devices, following established procedures and methods
Utilizing Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our tracking system
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
At least one year of professional experience in a related field, such as mobile application support
OR an Associate's degree in a relevant field, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other related technical degrees
Preferred qualifications include:
Jira experience
ITIL Certification
Agile and scrum methodology experience
Government work experience
Familiarity with Apple and Google Play Store
Knowledge of diagnostic tools and a diverse range of mobile device makes and models
Work Schedule:
Training: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM (3 weeks)
Permanent schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9AM - 6PM
Location: Denver, CO/REMOTE (must be a resident of Colorado)
Duration: 8+ months
