About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and resolve potential project issues and complexities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, project coordination, and customer service
Utilize electrical expertise to drive project efficiency and resolve complex problems
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including subcontractors, installers, and utilities
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on residential solar installation electrical work and/or 500+ installs
Master or Journeyman electrician license
1+ year of residential solar project management/coordination experience
Proficiency in CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Asana)
Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset
