Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our Operations team. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth and success. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and hire exceptional candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple locations
Utilize creative sourcing methods, including job boards, social networking, and passive recruiting techniques to identify and engage top talent
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring partners, including HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective recruitment outcomes
Manage the interview process, including scheduling, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Leverage our Applicant Tracking System to track and advance candidates through the workflow, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes
Provide accurate and compelling job descriptions, realistic job previews, and gather candidate and interviewer feedback to inform recruitment strategies
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal processes, policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
Collaborate with the Recruiting team to continuously improve processes, strategies, and outcomes, driving innovation and excellence in recruitment practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices
Ability to travel up to 30%, including attending career fairs and other recruitment events
