Job Summary:
The Part-Time Center Associate will be responsible for:
Delivering world-class customer service to retail customers
Receiving and processing packages for courier shipment
Operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices
Providing accurate information on products, services, and best-value options
Exhibiting confidence in knowing industry best practices
Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
Practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership
Takes ownership of customer shipping needs and offers viable solutions
Operate equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Sell products and services, including upselling and cross-selling
Perform packaging, shipping, document, and mailbox services
Opening and closing procedures, including turning on systems and tending to tasks
Cleaning and upkeep of the store
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Outstanding phone skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
Prompt, reliable, and responsible with a willingness to learn
Able to lift 40+ pounds and work 25-30 hours per week
Availability for weekend shifts (Sat 9-4p / Sun 11-4p) and/or afternoon M-F shifts (2p - 6:30p et)
