As a Care Professional (Care Pro) with Honor, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional care and support to older adults. What You'll Do:
As a Care Pro with Honor, your responsibilities will include:
Fostering relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
Assisting with meal preparation and performing light housekeeping duties
Providing personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or a certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Three professional references and a willingness to undergo a background check
Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
The ability to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
