Sr Analyst-Payroll
About the position Responsibilities • Perform statistical, data mining, and machine learning analysis on complex business problems. • Build reporting capabilities for detailed analysis. • Analyze historical operations data and market information to predict future outcomes, working with large and disparate data sets. • Identify areas for improvement, incorporating best-in-class techniques, and crafting new methodologies. • Craft results presentations for senior management that provide key business insights. Requirements • Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and charting) and PowerPoint. Nice-to-haves • A degree. • Experience with Teradata, SQL, Hadoop, and Tableau. • Analyzed data, built reports and presentations, and made recommendations. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
