We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ESSA - Special Programs Instructional Assistant to join our team at Salem-Keizer Public Schools. As an Instructional Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of our students, working closely with licensed teachers to plan and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and other educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist licensed teachers in planning and implementing educational programs, including IEPs
Support students in both general and special education settings
Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement strategies to improve student achievement
Work with students to provide individualized support and guidance
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate: $20.05 - $25.58 per hour

Ability to work 7.5 hours per day, 187 days per year
