Role Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing sales team at Elavon, a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bank. As a digital sales superstar, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth through digital sales channels, responding to inbound sales calls and web leads, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and revenue growth through digital sales channels, leveraging your expertise and passion for payments solutions
Respond quickly to inbound sales calls and web leads, utilizing effective discovery methods to understand prospects' business needs and recommend tailored solutions
Utilize Salesforce CRM and other tools to manage your sales opportunity pipeline and interactions with prospects, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elavon products and services, marketing activities, and competitors' offerings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, billing, customer care, and operations, to ensure a positive experience for Elavon customers and drive business growth


What You'll Bring:

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, preferably in payments, software (SaaS), or technology, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of an innovative company
Experience in the payments industry or selling SaaS products, with a high energy, confident, and comfortable engaging with customers through digital tools and over the phone
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to sell using a consultative sales approach and negotiate and close sales in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to react quickly to change, adapt to new processes, and learn about new product offerings
Experience using Salesforce.com or another CRM, and Microsoft suite of office products, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our team
