Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat
Identify customer needs and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze and report product malfunctions and provide feedback to improve our services
Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and customer interactions
Monitor customer complaints on social media and provide assistance
Inform customers about new offers or services
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams
Oversee route optimization for technicians
Requirements:
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus
Understanding of CRM systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling challenging customers and situations
