Account Manager - Polypropylene
Premier Product Marketing (a Vinmar Company) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Northern Europe. This person will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing key accounts within the polypropylene market, helping to shape the future of our business by building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead all sales activity for assigned major accounts, ensuring the company meets or exceeds sales targets. Develop strategic sales plans that align with company objectives while addressing client needs through innovative solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify new opportunities for growth and account expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, marketing, and product management to ensure cohesive execution of projects and long-term client satisfaction. Mentor and guide junior account managers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of success. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategic proposals to senior management.
