As a key member of our Prescription Records team, you will play a vital role in managing incoming customer inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring the accuracy of sensitive information. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of remote work and in-office collaboration, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM EST, and requires working 2 days a week in our Cumberland, RI office.

Job Summary:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email in a fast-paced contact center environment
Process requests for patient and prescriber prescription records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when working with sensitive information, including Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues, provide support, and drive success
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience required
1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days per week in the Cumberland, RI office
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience working with sensitive information, HIPAA, or in a related field
Customer service, patient prescription records, or legal/paralegal experience
Associate's degree or equivalent certificate
