As a Global Client Support Associate, you will:
Deliver exceptional client support via email, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company values and services to potential clients
Assist with order management, including placement, adjustments, and cancellations
Handle payments, credits, and refunds with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with regional Global Client Support Managers to enhance the client experience and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with the Global Client Support Manager to develop and implement tooling automations, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency
Provide support and guidance to team members and contractors, ensuring seamless decision-making and issue escalation
Proactively identify and address potential client pain points, fostering a positive and supportive client relationship
Cultivate strong working relationships with regional Delivery teams, ensuring a cohesive and client-centric approach
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and a keen interest in global culture, history, and art
At least 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
Strong digital proficiency, with experience in tools such as Front, Hubspot, Slack, and Google for Business suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive, Gmail)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, international, tech-reliant environment, both independently and as part of a distributed team
A Bachelor's degree in the liberal arts or a related field is preferred
