To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts
Skills:
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.)
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite)
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Spark preferred)
Strong writing and editing skills
Analytical mindset to track and improve engagement metrics
