Provide expert guidance and support to ensure customers receive the most value from their investment. * **Customer Advocacy**: Foster strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate. Bring the customer's voice to the table, ensuring their needs are heard and addressed. * **Outcome Tracking and Analysis**: Monitor the outcome of customer interactions and the impact of customer success drives.
