Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging fitness classes for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years, promoting physical development, social skills, and fun
Collaborate with our team to achieve monthly sales and promotional goals, driving business growth and success
Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment
Utilize effective leadership and motivational skills to inspire children to reach their full potential
Maintain a clean and safe facility, adhering to our high standards of quality and excellence
Requirements:
Highly energetic and passionate about working with children
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues
Experience working with children, preferably in a fitness or educational setting
Fitness background preferred (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Clean background check, ensuring the safety and well-being of our children and staff
