* Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
* Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
* Collaborating with customers in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, with a good command of English
* Managing customer data and resolving issues efficiently
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level) and a good command of English (B2 level)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
