Job Title: Strategic Account Manager - Growth & Partnerships
Job Description:
We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Account Manager to drive growth and partnerships with our mid-market merchants at Extend, a cutting-edge technology company revolutionizing the $100 billion-per-year protection plan industry. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute tailored growth strategies, foster strong relationships with merchants, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver measurable ROI and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute new program launch strategies and ongoing growth optimization plans for a portfolio of mid-market merchants
Lead growth and merchant relationship management, leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas of opportunity and drive business expansion
Conduct quarterly business reviews with internal and external executive leadership, presenting key performance metrics and strategic recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Analytics, and Marketing, to support merchant growth and drive adoption of new product features
Manage promotional strategy and marketing development budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI
Author long-term business plans, thinking strategically about optimization and growth opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in a dynamic startup environment, owning customer relationships and driving growth
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
Strong analytical skills, with experience in project and program management, and a deep understanding of value drivers in revenue share business models
Experience collaborating with C-Level executives, both internally and externally, and a talent for breaking down complex problems into actionable plans
Familiarity with eCommerce, FinTech, and analytics reporting tools (Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, Shopify, SFRA, etc.) is a plus

Competitive salary: $70,000 base salary, plus $10,000 annually for On Target Earnings (OTE)
