We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' network infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of their networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot network-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize impact on client operations.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with other IT infrastructure components.
Conduct network performance monitoring and analysis to proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.
Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills and expertise.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on network infrastructure and recommending relevant solutions.
Requirements:
U.S. Citizen (Federal client requirement)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
3-5 years of experience as a Network Engineer within a managed services provider or similar environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Checkpoint firewalls and familiarity with WatchGuard Firebox and Cisco Meraki.
Intermediate knowledge of networking principles and protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS, and QoS.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve network issues efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Net+, AZ-700) are highly desirable.

Salary Range:
$80,000-$130,000
