Job Overview As a Director of Chance Administration at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing business processes and risk management strategies using business or consumer department data. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and drive business growth through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Analyze structured and unstructured data to inform business decisions and risk management strategies Collaborate with technology and other teams to integrate and execute risk management policies and business processes Identify and evaluate new data sources to drive business growth and improve risk management techniques Develop and implement business process improvement strategies using industry and internal best practices Provide complex analysis and insights to technical and non-technical audiences Lead business change and reengineering initiatives to drive continuous improvement Utilize MS Excel, Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Scene, Terawatt, Client Acknowledgment Testing (UAT), and Unix to drive business outcomes Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement Proven ability to interpret complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences Experience working with technical, analytical, business, and non-technical teams Strong project management skills, with experience leading business change and reengineering initiatives Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience can help you stand out: Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization techniques Experience with cloud-based technologies and data platforms Strong business acumen, with experience driving business growth through data-driven insights Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders Strong business acumen, with experience driving business growth through data-driven insights Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Scene, Terawatt, Client Acknowledgment Testing (UAT), and Unix Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to helping our associates grow and develop their careers.
